Hi! I’m Andrea.
I have struggled with weight since I was in grade 8. Losing 60lbs as a teenager and have been gaining and losing since university.
The strategies that I have gained as a 10-year naturopathic doctor and 2 years working on my own limiting beliefs and negative thoughts… I have learned to let go of the emotional baggage that was holding me back.
Holding me back from being a more present mom. A more loving wife. And most importantly, loving my body just as it is now, and still wanting to make it better.
I sleep 8-10hrs per night, effortlessly. I only drink coffee because I love it. I run 3 clinics and a private practice, without burning out at the end of the day. And I created a lifestyle that keeps me present with my family daily AND I still have time for ME and my self care.
